Tender Description
The proposed construction works include:
- Refurbishment, reconfiguration and extension of an existing trade workshop and classroom facility to create an additional storey above existing classrooms.
- Enclosure of an existing mezzanine and refurbishment as an office space, with an elevated walkway connecting to the classrooms extension.
- Construction of new covered external areas and associated external works.
Contractors shall provide details of their experience in educational projects of a similar scale, their ability to service this project, and details of their financial status.
Tenders will be invited during August-September 2021 for an anticipated commencement of construction works in November 2021 and completion by June 2022.
Submit EOIs to the project architects, Novum, at admin@novum.com.au, marked “Tec-NQ W Block Tender EOI” by 12noon on Friday 6th August, 2021.
