ABOUT THE TENDER: PYBAR Mining Services Pty Ltd (PYBAR) is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Respondents for the supply of drilling consumables in support of its Australian mining operations across New South Wales & Queensland.

PYBAR's preference is to contract with a single drilling consumables supplier. However, we are open to submissions from Respondents wishing to supply part of the requirement and may appoint a panel of Contractors if this delivers an overall best value solution.

REGISTRATION: Tender documents must be obtained after registration.

INQUIRIES: Tender inquiries should be directed via the online forum.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2:00pm AEST on Monday, 23rd August 2021, and submissions must be fully received by this time. PYBAR is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.

PYBAR staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
