Lakes District Health Board (LDHB) are looking to appoint a Main Contractor for the Project Mauri Ora Mental Health Building project located on Rangiuru St at Rotorua Hospital. We do not want proposals for any works outside of the current scope. This notice is for construction
procurement only. Consultancy services are out of scope.

We are looking for credible providers who have the capability, experience and infrastructure to deliver a project of this nature. If you are a construction company with experience in building healthcare infrastructure on a live hospital site, we would like to hear from you.
