Tender Description
The objective of this procurement is to engage and Cleaning & Waste Removal service provider/s to deliver safe, clean, and well-presented AFCT facilities for staff, clients and visitors.
The service is to be facilitated by an experienced cleaning and waste removal provider/s that applies:
- flexibility in operational cleaning area scheduling and volumes management;
- high quality standard of services and controls measures;
- effective communication systems and environmental and safety policies; and
High focus and continuous improvement on sustainable practices and waste removal/recovery.
Attendance of Site Visit/Briefing is subject to signed and returned Confidentiality Agreement
Relevant site plans will be provided at time of Site Visit/Briefing. These will only be provided where the Confidentiality Agreement has been signed and returned.
