Scope of Work
The Consultant will undertake the consultancy work in close collaboration with the PCREEE Team as well as with the rest of the SPC’s GEP in Suva and Pohnpei.

The specific tasks for the consultant will include but not limited to the following tasks:

Work Programme and Budget Design:

• Conceptualise the Centre’s work programme and budget and conduct consultation meetings with implementing partners,
• Draft the work programme and budget and present them to the Manager and to the 6th PCREEE Steering Committee meetings.

Work Programme Coordination and Implementation:

• Conduct training on Sustainable Energy Business Start-ups, mentoring and entrepreneurship
• Conduct awareness activities and training on e-mobility
• Coordinate the implementation of 3 e-mobility demonstration projects in the region
• Coordinate the implementation of a solar mini-grid system in a remote health centre
• Facilitate the delivery of Levels 1 & 2 courses on sustainable energy
• Supervise the implementation of the office fabrication and furnishing as well as the
  installation of the PCREEE’s video conference facility

Reporting and Visibility:

• Prepare activity/period/progress reports for the PCREEE activities and events
• Coordinate stakeholder awareness and consultation efforts of PCREEE and partners
• Prepare visibility and promotional materials.
