Carmichael Rail Network (CRN) is inviting expressions of interest in relation to an upcoming Request for Tender (expected release August 2021), for the provision of Signal and Telecommunications Maintenance. The contract is planned to be established in October/November 2021 with an initial term of 3 years.

Carmichael Rail Network Pty Ltd (CRN) is seeking suitably qualified Contractor(s) to undertake safety critical signalling & telecommunications maintenance services on CRN Operations Assets in Central Queensland. The contractor should have an experienced labour base, established ideally for several years, and should value engaging local labour from within Queensland. The Contractor’s crew will report directly to the CRN Signalling Supervisor. The services required will include maintenance and supporting minor capital works as per the CRN works programme. Works will be assigned by the responsible CRN Planning Superintendent and managed by the CRN Signalling Supervisor.
