Scope of Work:

• Information sources – Secondary data sources including Strategic Plan 2016-2020, MTR 2018, programme/divisional evaluations, research and reviews, annual performance and donor reports, and related programme and strategic documents during the synthesis period, SPC Staff Engagement Surveys. Primary data collection with key informants / stakeholders to triangulate and validate findings. (See list below).
• Time boundaries: From 2016 to 2020.
• Organizational level: SPC senior leadership team and management and CRGA.
• Geographical scope: particular focus at regional level, focus countries to be decided with the synthesis team.

The synthesis exercise is scheduled to take place from September to December 2021.
