Tender Description
The University of the South Pacific invites eligible and suitably qualified Bidders/Service Providers to bid for the Provision of Scheduled Inspections, Testing, Maintenance, and Repair Services of Fire Protection Equipment for USP Laucala Campuses. The term of the contract will be for a 3 years and is subject to annual performance review.
The scope of this service will include the execution and monitoring of a robust Preventative Maintenance Plan as well as a system for response and attendance to unplanned failures.
The full details of which are specified in Section 9 Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Provision of Scheduled Inspections, Testing, Maintenance, and Repair Services of Fire Protection Equipment for Laucala Campuses.
The services are required across all:
- Upper Campus
- Middle Campus
- Lower Campus (Marine)
- Statham Campus
