The objective of this EOI for a Health and Wellbeing (HWB) Platform is for VICSES to understand the nature of existing and innovative platforms within the market that can enhance VICSES's delivery of their health and wellbeing programs, including for mental health and wellbeing.

The role of the Organisation’s health and wellbeing team is to define, deliver and manage health and wellbeing programs that fulfill the VICSES objective of safety first and the value ‘safety drives our decisions’.

To be effective the health and wellbeing programs must align to VICSES needs, must be easy to administer and must be simple and attractive for staff and volunteer take up.

To support VICSES to define and deliver their health and wellbeing programs they require:

• A single platform to create, deliver and manage health and wellbeing programs and initiatives, including mental health and wellbeing;
• A single platform to gather, analyse, report and store biometric and self-questionnaire data, including results of the VICSES Health and Wellbeing Program; and
• Associated health and wellbeing policies and processes that drive required process and cultural change.

The VICSES HWB team is interested in exploring the market to understand the range of online resources/platforms that exist to assist VICSES deliver its health and wellbeing strategy. Importantly this platform is not just to host information but to collect, manage and analyse data to assist the HWB team to better define their programs and policies.
