Central Gippsland Health (CGH) is seeking to appoint an independent member to its' Risk & Audit Committee. Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably experienced and skilled individuals.

The Risk & Audit Committee is an Advisory Committee to the Board of Directors. The primary objectives of the Risk & Audit Committee are to assist the Board in the effective conduct of its responsibilities for financial reporting, management of risk and maintaining a reliable system of internal controls. Independent members must have appropriate accounting, risk management or related expertise.
