Tender Description

Argos Projects NT is constructing a commercial precinct within Darwin as the builder and developer. 

 
Expression of interest for trade services relating to the development of a commercial precinct located in Nightcliff, Darwin. Single storey development with office, childcare centre, community centre, and café to be located within the precinct. Detailed drawings will be provided to interested services providers who register their interest in the project.

  • Concrete
  • Masonry
  • Structural Steel
  • Roofing
  • Partitions
  • Metalwork
  • Joinery
  • Glazing
  • Carpentry
  • Tiling
  • Carpet and Vinyl
  • Suspended Ceilings
  • Painting
  • Hydraulics
  • Electrical Installations
  • Mechanical Services
  • Fire
  • Landscaping
  • Civil Works
 
Argos is seeking to have the following tenancies be completed:
  • Childcare centre to the south-west side of the building: full fit out of premises excluding outdoor area. Schedule of finishes attached
  • Community centre: cold shell with provision for services installed
  • Cafe: warm shell (ceiling and floors installed)
  • Offices and remaining tenancies: cold shell with provision for services installed
 
Project is expected to commence mid-end September, 2021 and will be completed by July 2022.
 
A detailed scope and drawings is being developed and will be provided to those who have registered their interest.
