1. Develop a current state view of cross-border trade systems
•Using information gathered by the Taskforce across various agencies, you will lead the development of a current state view of the various systems across government that support trade including, but not limited to, identifying and describing the various ICT systems including the environments, infrastructure, processes, data and connectivity/interoperability and limitations.

2. Develop a future state view of cross-border trade systems
•Using specialist expertise, lead the research, discovery, and analysis of ‘best practice’ cross-border trade systems and the Trade Single Window initiatives of other international governments.
•Develop a future state view (which may include one or more options) of digital systems and data that could support the future cross-border trade system.

3. A digital investment roadmap
•Leveraging the findings of the first two major outputs (current-state view and future-state view) and the user journeys being produced by the Taskforce, develop a digital investment roadmap that provides logical grouping and ordering of key initiatives for transitioning from current-state to future-state factoring in high-value early benefits, opportunities, and dependencies.

The delivery of this work will be conducted using agile methodology in collaboration with the Taskforce.
