Freehold 533.5900ha Pinus Radiata plantation forestry investment, well located on Klondyke Road, above the West Coast settlement of Port Waikato, with close haulage to Port of Tauranga for log exporting. Now available to the open market by way of Private Treaty.
The forestry block has just been harvested and now has approximately 20% of the forest replanted in Pinus Radiata, with the Forestry Managers (NZ Forestry Ltd) ready to complete the planting program and maximise the best potential timber growth for harvesting over the next 26-year cycle.
