Tender Description

Dear Tenderer,

The Bendigo Agricultural Show Society Inc. thanks you for your expression of interest in the above project.

Please provide quotations for all aspects of construction, including the management of subcontractors, timelines and communication with the Executive Officer.

Construction plans are attached.

Further notes to Plans are:

Quotes for both concrete and asphalt for raised area are requested. An exposed concrete is the preferred surface (visual and safety), provided it can be achieved within the projects funding.
Surface is to garden beds only. Garden beds to be unsealed to allow for drainage from watering.
Sullage outlets require confirmation of existing sewer depths to ensure sufficient fall. (confirmation currently being obtained). Variations may be required.
2 x additional outlets are required to the west end corners of the North pavilion
Blending of the new surface at west end to be incorporated with another project involving re-asphalting.
Electrical supply to include a new supply line from existing substation.
Quotations to include all materials, labour, inspections and certificates of compliance.
Tender to include a proposed timeline. Preferred construction period Nov/Dec 2021.
Construction could begin earlier, depending on decisions regarding upcoming events.

Evidence of current builder registrations, insurance and compliance are required.
