Millovate is exploring the potential for advanced manufacturing operations to co-locate in a new cutting-edge medium to high-density urban centre at The Mill at Moreton Bay. Millovate is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) that propose advanced manufacturing property, infrastructure and/or business operations within the Mill Central precinct.
By bringing together research, technology, education and training networks, new developments at The Mill at Moreton Bay will help advance local knowledge, processes and business models and provide local businesses with a competitive edge over regional and national markets.
Businesses are invited to consider if part or all of their operations could be accommodated within a new urban innovation hub that will foster collaborative spaces for research and development, design, supply chain and logistics, sales and support services.
Market interest is sought in this EOI to provide one or more of the below activities:
- Property development for advanced manufacturing facilities
- Property development and leasing of advanced manufacturing facilities
- Build /own /operate advanced manufacturing facilities
- Operate an advanced manufacturing business under a lease arrangement.
From inception to delivery, The Mill at Moreton Bay will provide dynamic gathering spaces that celebrate diversity and connect people from all walks of life. The precinct will challenge the status quo, supporting innovation and fostering investment in forward-thinking projects and pioneering programs for current and future generations.
Early investors will help shape the precinct with prime access to key infrastructure and natural environmental features.
