This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Deregulation Taskforce seeks an organisation to deliver a series of virtual roundtables with key national stakeholders on potential reforms to modernise the way deeds and statutory declarations are executed in Australia.
The aim of these roundtables is to gain insight to the current user experience and seek feedback on how document execution could be modernised, across jurisdictions and with the adoption of digital technologies. The roundtables will be complemented by detailed written submissions in response to a public consultation paper.
The Taskforce is seeking a supplier to organise and facilitate up to 8 virtual roundtables in mid-September to early October and produce a summary report to inform a Commonwealth-State working group of officials.
The roundtables would be two hours in length and will include up to 12 participants from a range of representative bodies and other relevant stakeholders.in key sectors (such as legal, financial, technology, consumer, business and regulatory). Roundtables will be required to be held virtually using the supplier’s software.
