- The Waitomo District Council are seeking expressions of interest from parties wishing to participate in a competitive sales process of their Pinus radiata tree crop, only.
- The woodlots have a combined net stocked area of approximately 16.1 hectares of Pinus radiata. The tree crop is pruned and thinned with an estimated planting year of 1994.
- Located in the Waikato Region, the forest is well situated to take advantage of both the domestic processing at Te Kuiti, and the export market at Mount Maunganui.
- Rolling to Medium hill country in the Yellow ESC zone.
- There is existing access, which will likely be shared with WDC’s public Landfill operations. Some new internal roads or tracking are required at harvest.
- Raw inventory files and shape files are available for bidder use, subject to conditions.
