Tender Description

The Flinders Ranges Council invites Tenders from respondents for the Design and Construction of a Statement entry way for the township of Quorn, South Australia

 
The tender process will be a staged approach, calling for respondents to submit their concept plans based on information and budget. The submitted concept plans will then be sent out for community consultation and committee discussion to select a preferred option of which design is deemed most suitable to the needs and theme of the town. The successful respondent will then be awarded to undertake further detail design and construction of the proposed work.
 
The work will include design and construction of an entry way statement piece(s) at the intersections of Flinders Ranges Way, Arden Vale Road, Silo Road and West Terrace, Quorn.
 
Council wants a design and statement that will be provide a major draw card to tourists that can be visible day and night and will entice people in to the township.
 
Council is open to all materials and treatments for the propsoed conecpt designs of the structure.
 
This will be a lump sum contract when awarded to the succesful tenderer.
