The owners of Moore Rd and Drinnon Rd Forests are seeking expressions of interest from parties wishing to participate in a competitive sales process for their Pinus radiata tree crop, only.

Both forests have good existing access and are well situated to take advantage of domestic processing near Whangarei, and the export market at Marsden Point.

Moore Road Forest:

• Net stocked area of approximately 18.0 hectares of Pinus radiata.Drinnon Road Forest:
• Net stocked area of approximately 94 hectares, including approximately 70 hectares of Pinus radiata, and approximately 24 hectares of Poplar, Eucalyptus, and other alternative species.
