The opportunity
The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) are seeking responses to this RFP for a suitably qualified and experienced respondent to deliver the Future State Experience Detailed Design, solution development and build services of Ahpra's Transformation program.
Ahpra’s Transformation Program (the Program) is Ahpra’s flagship digital transformation program, delivering the technologies that enable Ahpra to regulate effectively and provide the service and experience staff and stakeholders deserve.
The successful delivery of the Program will fundamentally change how people will engage and interact with Ahpra. The change to the business ecosystem (people, process, system and operating model) is significant and recognised that it will impact staff and stakeholders respectively.
The objective is to undertake an RFP process to select a supplier to partner with Ahpra to:
- Complete a traceable analysis and detailed mapping of target state business process to target state solution functional mapping
- Complete the functional design including user interface and user experience (UI/UX).
- Complete the development of the Target State System Architecture.
- Detailed technical designs which will include:
- all impacted systems under the Target State Architecture
- integration Solution(s) and methods
- target state data architecture & data specifications, and
- data migration specifications (as required).
- Proofs of concept (POCs) for solution verification testing.
- Benefit baseline and validation against pain point resolution and experience design principles.
- Conduct analysis and development of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models for all platform, licensing, maintenance, cloud services and associated transaction costs for the Detailed Designs to be fully implemented.
- Design technical implementation strategies and options for the integrated deployment of the solution based on the Detailed Designs.
- Design technical implementation methods for the integrated deployment of the preferred Solution deployment option based on the Detailed Designs.
