Tender Description
It is estimated that there will be a 30 - 50 days planned annual utilization of an IMR vessel for the Prelude Asset, from November 2022.
This could be delivered as one campaign or split into more than 1 campaign.
Port of delivery and Company Supply Base for campaign mobilisations: Darwin NT
The underwater IMR services includes:
1) A suitable ROV Support Vessel (ROVSV), competent crew, with Work Class Remotely Operated Vehicles (WROV) for routine inspection, survey and intervention activities of the Underwater Facilities including (Subsea Production System, Flowline and Production Riser System, FLNG Under Turret Mooring System and Water Intake Risers).
2) The provision of Underwater IMR campaign risk assessment, engineering, equipment design and procurement, data acquisition, data processing, testing, survey and inspection data reporting.
3) The provision of onshore IMR engineering studies to support any other IMR requirements.
4) Management, care, custody and integration of Company owned tool-pool, installation aids and spares.
5) Project management and execution of larger unplanned intervention scopes for which ROVSV is not suited (securing of suitable vessel, intervention engineering, development/procurement of specialist tooling, etc).
6) All activities shall be diver-less however contingency air-diving operations may be required to be developed at the Prelude FLNG facility.
7) Light (Downhole) Well Intervention and Xmas Tree Deployment and Recovery are not in scope.
8) Supply of Asset (FLNG) Based ROV Systems for inspection of FLNG Hull and Water Intake Riser system is not in scope.
9) Supply logistics will be provided by Company, inclusive of Marine Diesel
10) Port Services (Berthing, Transport, Cranes, Stevedores) will be provided by Company.
EOI responses for “IMR” Scope should include the following technical information for an ROV Support Vessel:
Minimum Technical Specification:
1) 2 x Min 150 hp Work class ROV Spreads capable of operating during periods of high currents and limited visibility.
2) DP2 System with Enhanced Follow Target Mode capability, refer to Attachment 3.
3) Minimum 50 Te Active Heave Compensated (AHC) Crane for subsea equipment deployment and recovery (The maximum load expected to be handled during planned interventions utilizing the ROVSV is: Flow Control Module 14T 122”Lx62”Wx188”H.)
4) Inspection and survey suite including data acquisition systems for delivery of high-quality high-definition inspection data
5) Sea Fastening for all planned IMR mobilisations will utilize mechanical twist locks or similar to remove the requirement for hot work and reduce mobilisation duration.
6) Maximum allowable ROVSV POB and cabin configuration. (including 8 reserved Company beds)
7) Survey and Positioning System
8) NOPSEMA Vessel Safety Case
9) 30-day readiness to respond to non-routine Inspection and Intervention activities.
