Tenders are invited for the construction of a new classroom building for the Australian Christian College at 26 Brewster Rd, Albany.

The new building has 10 classrooms, central atrium, amenities, health and physical education multipurpose area and car parking.

Tenderers are expected to be experienced in the construction of school buildings of this type and scale and should direct their registration of interest via email to tenders@cem.org.au. Tenderers will be forwarded a link containing the tender documentation. Tenders will close at 5:00pm on October 8th 2021.

A lump sum contract for the building works is expected to be signed in November for immediate commencement on site.
