Lyttelton Port Company Limited (LPC) is changing. We have ambitious growth potential and need supply partners to help us on our Digital Services journey. We have a small and dedicated internal Digital Service function and currently outsource many of our Digital requirements.
We are looking for established, credible and capable supply partners to provide ongoing support for the following service categories:
1. Managed Service Desk and On-site Support
2. Managed Device Services
3. Platform and Infrastructure Services
4. Applications Services – Private and Public Cloud
5. Data and Analysis
6. Network/Communications
7. Security
8. Consulting and Advisory, including licensing partners.
LPC is looking for Suppliers who can drive business value through strong partnership and thought leadership within each category and component, while delivering effective and efficient services.
The primary focus of this RoI is to establish a contract(s) for five primary service areas. These are the first four categories of services and a Licensing Partner, but LPC would like to understand the services that potential suppliers offer across all categories, as we expect to procure for these categories as well, in the course of our strategy implementation.
Key capabilities that LPC are looking for in their new partnerships are strong account management, strong service delivery management, strong team management, and thought leadership in the architecture and innovation space. LPC need partners who can understand our business and continuously suggest improvement and optimisation ideas.
