North East Link Project (NELP), a division of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA), invites potential respondents with the requisite experience, capability and capacity for delivery of the NELP Freeway Packages - North Package and South Package, to gain access to the Expression of Interest Electronic Data Room (EOI EDR) and submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the North Package and / or South Package. 

NELP wishes to advise it will now be providing access to the EOI EDR for potential respondents that have registered and been confirmed by NELP to gain access to the EOI EDR.
