Expression of Interest are sought from suitably licensed builders to tender for the construction of a new combined service station/drive thru fast food building (340m²), fuel pump canopy (228m²) and standalone retail showroom building (600m²) plus associated external works at 341 Alice Street, Maryborough and adjacent Station Square Shopping Centre car park facilities.

Tender documents are expected to be issued to selected builders Monday 20th September 2021.

Construction expected to commence in November 2021.
