The Administrators of Southern Districts Workingmen’s Club Inc, Timothy Clifton and Daniel Lopresti, are seeking urgent expressions of interest from parties interested in participating in a possible restructure of the Association and/or the opportunity to purchase the Association’s assets as a whole.

The Association provided dining, gaming and entertainment services to its members and the local community from its licensed premises at 24 Epstein Drive, Morphett Vale, South Australia. The assets of the Association include:

• Land and buildings;
• Plant and equipment including kitchen equipment and gaming machines;
• Gaming entitlements; and
• Intellectual property.
