The Agned Water P&C Associated is calling for tenders for the publication of the 2022 Local Guide and Business Directory. The local guide is an annual publication and forms the major fundraiser for the Agnes Water State School P&C Association.
Conditions of the tender:
The successful tender(s) will assist in the:
· Digital assembly of the local guide.
· Provision web-based downloadable version with functional links.
· Printing of the local guide to specifications provided by the AWSS P&C Association.
· For example: Perfect bound books offset - Size A4, 94 pages, full colour on 100gsm gloss art, separate 300gsm colour cover with matt cello;
· Work closely with the P&C Phonebook Committee on all aspect of the guide.
Please Note: AWSS P&C reserves the right to separate the production of the Local Guide into two parts of production: 'Design and Collation' and 'Printing'.

Tenderers are requested to provide a breakdown of costing as per the following:
· Cost per page of print or total print cost on quantities of 300, 500, 700 copies;
· Costs for additional print runs;
· Cost of all design and administrative charges;
· Any additional administrative charges are to be clearly identified.

Timeframes The 2022 Local guide must be ready for delivery prior to Friday 11 February 2022
Tenders are due by 3.00pm on Friday September 17, 2021.
