Box Hill Institute (BHI) invites you to submit a Tender for the provision of Courier services in support of a unique Book Group arrangement which is offered to our members through the former Centre for Adult Education (CAE) which now forms part of our Institute.

In providing these services, the successful Tenderer or Tenderers will work with BHI staff to ensure that the full suite of service sought are delivered in an efficient and cost-effective manner, with minimal disruptions.

About CAE Book Groups

CAE Book Groups was established in Melbourne in 1947 with a vision of bringing books to readers throughout Victoria. 42 groups joined in that first year, and now we have a dedicated membership of over five thousand members across mainland Australia.

Through this RFT process, BHI is seeking bids from suitably qualified businesses who wish to enter into an agreement with BHI for the provision of these services. It is expected that the initial term of this agreement will be three (3) years with options to extend by one (1) additional year up to two (2) times (i.e. 3 + 1 + 1) at the sole discretion of BHI.
