Dreyers Rock Forest – Wairarapa.
The owners of 70.5 net stocked hectares of 1995 radiata pine wish to sell their land and trees. The forest is located in 5 titles adjacent to Route 52, 30 km north of Masterton and 128 km from Port of Wellington. The 5 owners wish to sell as one in order to provide scale and for ease of harvesting and roading and have signed a Collective Agreement for this purpose.

- Currently 26 years old (planted 1995) mostly pruned and thinned
- Estimated 58,000 m3 of recoverable volume in 2022 (age 27)
