Tender Description
Homes North Community Housing are seeking Expression of Interest for Tendering for the refurbishment of the former Centrelink Office at 246 Beardy Street Armidale for use as office space and Community Hub.
Tenders will be open from Monday 27th September 2021 and will close on Monday 14th October 2021.
Building firms interested in being paty of the tendering process should forward an Expression of Interest, including details of their business and evidence of previous experience, particularly in office fitout, as well as a request for the tender documents, to the Project Superintendent:
