Supply and installation of a large Lubrication and Dispensing Facility.

Facility to be incorporated into a maintenance workshop suitable for servicing large mining equipment.

Must include:

- Multi-compartment static storage tanks. 1 x 110,000 litre self bunded tank, 1 x 4 compartment self bunded tank – capacities 10,000 litres, 40,000 litre and 2 x 20,000 litres.

- Single compartment static waste oil tank. self bunded, total of 110,000 litre required

- All tanks to be fitted with electronic level monitoring and infeed fluid metering.

- 12m self bunded ICB storage and dispensing Container. Plumbed to pump out of transtanks and IBC to hose reels with capacity to store 4 IBC.

- 6m self bunded IBC and drum storage container

- 12m Container with in-built hose reels. 14 hose reels set up for single sided dispensing. Includes grease pump fitted for connection to bulk grease ICB's. 1.5m wide walk way through container for pedestrian access and 4.5m storage area in opposite end. 1 x side roller door at allow access to storage area.

- 2 x12m Container with in-built hose reels. 10 hose reels set up for single sided dispensing. Includes grease pump fitted for connection to bulk grease ICB's. 1.5m wide walk way through container for pedestrian access and 4.5m storage area in opposite end. 1 x side roller door at allow access to storage area.

- 6m self bunded Container with heavy duty hose boom capable of dispensing 10 fluids. Loading arm fitted with 4”API Coupling and 50mm wiggins. Includes 2 x grease pump fitted for connection to bulk grease ICB's

- All connecting services for fluids (see estimated dimensions in attached PDF). Includes under slab conduits, pit access at hose reel dispensing and inter-tank connections

- To include install costs (install + commissioning)
