Kentish Council calls for expressions of interest from operators that are either appropriately experienced or can demonstrate transferable skills and experience, to operate Council’s campground on the Railton Esplanade, adjacent to the CMCA motorhome stop.

• Either experience operating similar facilities and associated user service level expectations, or relevant transferable experience or knowledge.
• Relevant insurances and legal capacity (such as incorporation) to operate the campground.
• Either possesses or the ability to build broadscale community support as an operator.
• A strategy to increase the appeal and usage of the area to the benefit of the broader community.
• A process for dealing with difficult customer behaviour and the setting of expectations of guest behaviour.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the region, with a particular focus on attractions and the visitor economy.
• Demonstrated capacity to provide staff/volunteers to adequately manage the site.
