Calvary Special School Ltd invites expression of interest from suitably qualified builders for the construction of three new buildings at their special school campus in Townsville, QLD.
The project consists of:
• Construction of new administration center, covered outdoor learning spaces, external works and undercover play areas, associated walkways, plant areas and site services.
Tenders will be invited in November 2021 for construction commencing in January 2022. Please provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience, work in progress, value of projects and ability to meet construction deadlines.
