Box Hill Institute (BHI) invites you to submit a Tender for the completion of refurbishment works to commercial bathrooms required at our Elgar campus, details of which along with conditions of participation in the Tender are provided within this Request for Tender (RFT) document.

Through this RFT process, BHI is seeking bids from suitably qualified organisations to undertake refurbishment works to the existing epoxy flooring installation enclosing the automotive education area at the BHI Elgar Campus site. There is a significant importance placed upon the ability to conduct these works within a specified window of opportunity (details are provided elsewhere in this RFT document). Consequently, only Respondents capable of meeting this window are encouraged to submit their bid. 

Site Inspection
A briefing session will be held at 465 Elgar Road, Box Hill, Victoria, Australia, 3128 on 13 October 2021 07:00 AM.
