A new website for ACLEI needs to be designed and built on GovCMS Drupal 9 (currently on 7).

Deliverables include:
• Develop a new sitemap/information architecture based on user and business needs
• Map and update content for each page – must be accessible and written in plain language
• Create a new ‘Report corruption’ form to filter and, where possible, refer users elsewhere
• Conduct end-user testing to inform/validate information architecture and report corruption form
• Build a new website for ACLEI (ideally using Civic Theme design system)
• Migrate all files from www.aclei.gov.au or as identified by business owner
• Design and apply updated branding and graphic elements, ensuring compliance with ACLEI’s new brand guidelines and Australian Government Branding Design Guidelines
• Establish analytics and evaluation metrics
• Ensure compliance with the Australian Government Digital Service Standard and web accessibility requirements, including the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at level AA
• Provide access and training to ACLEI staff for content administration and to modify all elements of the website internally including the logo, background colours, font styles, and any other elements as required.
