Mandurah Catholic College is located at 79-97 Coodanup Drive, Mandurah and caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 12 totaling approximately 1700 students. In addition to the student body, the College employs approximately 180 staff members located on the same premises.

Mandurah Catholic College is seeking requests for tender for the provision of cleaning services of buildings on the College grounds.

SCOPE:
At appendix 2 of the tender document you will find an indicative cleaning specification for Mandurah Catholic College. This minimum service schedule provides an example of the College’s requirements for the day-to-day cleaning and running of the College. In addition to the regular College cleaning, we will look favourably upon providers who can provide quarterly (term break) deep cleans of carpets, vinyls, etc as well as annual window washing

Operating Hours
The College operating hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm. The expectation is that College cleaning will be provided outside of those hours. The operator’s submission must include how along with the hours they intend to service the College.

Equipment
It is expected that the cleaning operator will provide all equipment, which has been tested and tagged, required to thoroughly clean the College with the exception that the College provides and maintains a “floor scrubber” for the Gymnasium floor.

Handover process
The contract will be handed to the successful tenderer at the completion of the process, ready to commence business from the beginning of 2022.
