Mandurah Catholic College is located at 79-97 Coodanup Drive, Mandurah and caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 12 totaling approximately 1700 students. In addition to the student body, the College employs approximately 180 staff members located on the same premises.

Mandurah Catholic College is seeking requests for tender for the provision of cleaning services of buildings on the College grounds.

SCOPE:
Mandurah Catholic College is seeking the provision of security services. These services will include: regular nightly patrols, after hours security monitoring and infrastructure provision and maintenance. Expressions of interest are sought from operators who can provide one or more of these services

Operating Hours
The College operating hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, however staff are regularly onsite from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Our expectation is that security to the College is provided outside of those hours.

The operator’s submission must include how along with the hours they intend to service the College.

Licenses
Expressions of interest must include details of your current security licenses supporting your application and service provision.

Handover process
The contract will be handed to the successful tenderer at the completion of the process, ready to commence business from the beginning of 2022.

QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
All services provided must adhere to and be guided by Occupational Health and Safety Practices.

The College requires all staff both employed and contracted to abide the Staff Code of Code of Conduct (copy attached).

It is also a College requirement that prior to their commencement, all staff working within the College hold a current Working with Children Check.

It is a requirement of this contract that the successful company provide regular reports of security at the College (monitoring - daily, patrols – daily, infrastructure – quarterly). A College-nominated representative and the operator (or a representative) will consult on a regular basis during the term of the contract, at the commencement of each term, in respect of the provision of security services.
