Tender Description
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (the Department) is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Panel of suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide community-based Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) treatment services to veterans residing throughout Australia.
The Department encourages tenders from suitable organisations that have the capability to provide one or more of the specified AOD Treatment Programs, detailed in the Statement of Requirements; and that engage only qualified, registered and experienced personnel to deliver the Treatment Programs.
Contractors delivering Services under this Deed must be compliant with the National Quality Framework for Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services.
In delivering the required services it is expected that organisations will provide high quality services and ensure processes, practices and methods of delivery are based on, and are respectful of, the needs of veterans and their families.
Tenderers are advised that this Approach to Market is separate from that undertaken in 2020 (AOD-20). If you have lodged a tender for AOD-20 Request for Tender, please submit a tender for AOD-21 Request for Tender.
Previously submitted tender responses to the AOD-20 Request for Tender are not able to be assessed as part of this tender process.
Tenderers should carefully read the AOD-21 Request for Tender documents and complete them as required and should note that some of the service and procurement requirements have changed.
