Removal of equipment will need to adhere to KML mine site regulations & procedures.

All related works methods and employee skillsets will need to be provided in advance of extraction of assets ( will require review and approval by the quarry manager).

Site visit and inspection 18th November ( upon an advanced site entry request minimum 3 days notice)
Request for tender submission close 30th November.
Winning tender awarded by 14th December.
Removal of assets 15th December - 31st of January.

Equipment needs to be removed prior to the 31st of January 2022 (possible extension of removal date at KML's discretion).

The equipment is located at Karara mine site approximately 320km north-north east of Perth and 225km east of Geraldton.

The assets are in poor to average condition and a physical inspection is recommended.

Karara make no warranties and give no guarantees regarding :

• building being of acceptable quality;
• buildings being fit for any disclosed purpose or any purpose whatsoever;
• buildings matching their description or corresponding to any photograph or drawing;
• availabillity or feasibility of repait or spare parts or materials necessary for repair or maintenance of the buildings;
• any warranties in respect of the buildings made by the manufacturer being complied with;or
• compliance of the buildings with any law or regulations.
