Tender Description
The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) as the Lead Department is seeking to establish a new State Purchase Contract (SPC) for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) under a head contract agreement.
The Lead Department’s intention is to establish a multi-supplier open panel SPC with agreed (contracted) pricing that departments and agencies will utilise to purchase their PPE requirements. The SPC will be supported by a Master Supply Agreement (MSA) that forms the contract template for all in scope PPE engagements between approved panel suppliers and non-health government departments and agencies.
