Wenita is the largest producer of forest products in Otago and manages a forest area of 30,000 hectares. We are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced, suitably qualified, and well-resourced contractors for the provision of road construction and maintenance services within the Wenita Estate in Otago.
Wenita’s Otago Estate is situated within 80km of Dunedin. The roading programme involves the construction of new road and landing networks and the upgrade of existing roading infrastructure within second rotation forests. The successful contractor will be responsible for all maintenance requirements within the estate and rock supply from Wenita’s quarries.
The intended contract start date is 1 January 2022, with an initial term of 3 years. Only submissions for roading works covering the full programme will be considered.
