The NLC invites tenders for the provision of Design Services for the new office precinct ('the Precinct') in accordance with the Request for Tender (RFT).

To receive copies of the tender documentation, you must complete the Tender Register Form, execute the required Confidentiality Deed and return.

The combined 'Tender Registration Form and Confidentiality Deed' is available for download below. Please complete the Form/Deed and then email it to tenderenquiries@nlc.org.au.

Upon receipt of a properly executed Form/Deed, the NLC will then send you a tender pack via email. It is important that tender details are read in conjunction with the RFT Conditions of Tendering.

Terms of agreement pertaining to this tender:

• The NLC wishes to protect confidential information from release to other persons.
• The tender pack is for the use of the registered party whose name is on the completed form only, and the information contained within the tender pack is not to be used in any manner other than intended.
• The confidential information has a unique value to the NLC, and the NLC may be subject to certain confidentiality obligations and/or probity requirements in relation to it.
• The NLC may be prejudiced by any unauthorised use or disclosure of the confidential information. The NLC may suffer financial loss or it may also compromise the NLC’s procurement processes as a result of unauthorised use of the confidential information.
• The NLC wishes to protect the confidential information in accordance with the terms bound in the RFT Conditions of Tendering.

Tender Lodgement Process Information
To lodge your tender, please email your complete Tender Response to tenderlodgement@nlc.org.au. Maximum email size is 20mb. Failure to lodge a Tender Response, or part thereof, before the time and date for closing of the Request for Tender may result in the Tender Response being declared inadmissible for assessment.

Tenders must be lodged to tenderlodgement@nlc.org.au on or before 2pm (ACST) 24 November 2021.
