Manilla Services Club is located 48km north of Tamworth. We are part of the Servies Group Tamworth which includes the Tamworth Services Club and North Tamworth Bowling Club.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from those who wish to partner with a successful and professional Club management group to provide quality meals for members and guests for the Lease of our Manilla Services Club Kitchen. Our Restaurant has a seating capacity of 60 with a fully working commercial kitchen. There is also opportunity to utilise the venue for functions, including community groups, members and guests.
Hours of Trade:
· Currently open 7 days for Lunch and Dinner.
· Lunch 11.30am till 2:00pm.
· Dinner 5.30pm till 8.30pm.
Key Consideration:
· A focus on outstanding customer service values.
· A proven track record of providing catering services in a similar environment.
· Sound practice of food hygiene, food handling standards and legislation and commitment to exceed the prescribed minimum.
· The ability to work collaboratively with club management
· Sound business acumen.
