Box Hill Institute (BHI) invites you to submit a Tender for the provision of Comprehensive Lift Maintenance and Callout Services for the Box Hill Institute (BHI), Elgar, Nelson and Whitehorse Campus, Lakeside Lilydale Campus and CAE City Campus.

The Comprehensive Lift Maintenance and Callout Services to provide planned and reactive maintenance to ensure all BHI lifts are well maintained in a safe and working order to the satisfaction, safety and enjoyment of students, staff and visitors

The BHI Campuses are located within the Melbourne’s outer east Yarra Ranges district, City of Whitehorse and City of Melbourne CBD.

Through this RFT process, BHI is seeking bids from suitably qualified businesses who wish to enter into an agreement with BHI for the provision of these services. It is expected that the initial term of this agreement will be three (3) years with options to extend by one (1) additional year up to two (2) times (i.e. 3 + 1 + 1) at the sole discretion of BHI.
