A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises: At the Manunda Terrace Primary School, demolish and dispose of existing wire mesh fence and gates.

Provide a Surveyors report on the correct boundary of the McPherson St section. Construct the new fences on the true boundary. Conduct a Ground Penetrating Survey of all sections and provide the report. Provide new 1800mm high garrison style picket fencing and gates. The works are divided into three sections being:

McPherson St section is from and including the corner post of Lot 6401 to the air conditioning plant enclosure then onto Building 15 Library Stimulus, on Manunda Terrace, including all connections and gates.

The Front section is from the Building 15 Library to Building 01 Admin and from Admin to the Store Shed, including all connections and gates, also to remove all barbed wire and associated posts from the Store Shed.

The Oval section is from the Store Shed to the Assembly Area, on to the Music Room and on to the Caretaker’s Compound, including all connections and gates.
