The Northern Territory Major Events Company (NTMEC) is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitable parties to

supply and deliver Production services for the BASSINTHEGRASS Music Festival over a 2 year term with a right of renewal.

Deliver all and or certain elements of the following items (subject to change):

• 2 stages around 15m in width and depth, with roofs, capable of hanging audio, lighting and LED screens
• 2 side screens and 1 upstage LED screen per stage capable of being seen from 250m from the stage
• 1 x performance area for a silent disco. Measuring approximately 20m x 20m to be fitted out with lighting, staging and headsets will be required
• Line array audio system with subsequent subs per stage
• Appropriate audio mixing equipment as needed
• Punter and CCB barrier
• FOH and side stage marquees for housing as required
• Backline
• Documented certification and compliance obligations are to be achieved
• Workplace health and safety planning and execution alongside comprehensive risk management workings
