Nova has issued this Request for Information (RFI) to seek and compare proposals from interested parties to supply Energy (Electricity & Natural Gas) Retail business systems.

The RFI is together information regarding vendor capabilities to meet Nova's needs for a solution that can manage Nova's Retail energy line of business functions.

Specifically, the application must be compliant with/able to provide

• NZ Electricity and Natural Gas switching processes and rules
• Electricity and Natural Gas meter management
• Energy conversion calculations
• Energy Billing
• Accounts receivable
• Credit management
• Business line reporting
• Workflow management/prioritisation
• Automated processes and
• Integration with third party applications.
