The University of Adelaide invites you to participate in a Request for Tender for the provision of Fume Extraction, Biological Cabinets and Exhaust Systems Maintenance Services to the University in accordance with the rules and requirements set out in this Request for Tender.
ABOUT THE TENDER
The University of Adelaide, established in 1874, has over 25,000 students and 3,500 staff and researchers. The University has a strong reputation internationally as a leading research and teaching institution.
The University's Infrastructure Branch manages the University's Infrastructure portfolio and provides services in support of the University's learning, teaching and research activities. The Branch provides technical expertise, planning and services for the University's built environment and physical assets to enable achievement of its education and research business goals.
As well as offering a large range of services to support staff and students on the University's three main campuses, the Branch also manages the University's significant property portfolio (leased and owned) of approximately 516,521m2 across 503 buildings.
A current arrangement for the provision of Fume Extraction, Biological Cabinets and Exhaust Systems Maintenance Services exists in support of the University estate and asset portfolio. The Services are managed centrally by the Infrastructure Branch allowing the University to centrally and directly influence service activities, cost, quality and performance across all campuses and facilities. The current arrangement will end on the 31 March 2021.
