Tender Description
This Scope of Supply sets out the requirements for the selection, design, supply, manufacture, inspection, testing, quality control, quality assurance, protection, packaging, insurances, statutory compliance, certification, delivery, commissioning and acceptance testing for four (4) off complete Truck Loading Chute Assemblies to be installed underground at the OZ Minerals Prominent Hill mine.
Truck Loading Chute Assemblies shall be supplied complete, including all necessary supply for complete and proper operation of the equipment.
The Scope of Supply includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:
1. Four (4) Truck Loading Chute Assemblies:
Truck Loading Chutes - 4 off
Truck Loading Chute Hydraulic Power Packs - 4 off
2. The Truck Loading Chute Assemblies shall include:
i. Chute structure, wear liners, throat gate flow control device, flow control chains, hydraulic cylinders;
ii. Skid mounted hydraulic power pack including hydraulic pumps and motors, piping and hoses, hydraulic reservoirs, fail safe actuation method, filters, cooling and heating where required, isolation and flow control valves;
iii. Chute control system including PLC, local control station HMI, remote control HMI (truck mounted
– allow three units per chute) and field devices for the monitoring and operation of the truck loading chute;
iv. Drive motor control cabinets, contactors or starters and cabling between cabinets and drive motors mounted on the power pack;
v. Completion of Functional Safety Assessment and design and specification of electrical safety systems;
vi. Automatic fire suppression for the power pack including detectors, charge and propellant storage vessels and pipes, provision for manual activation;
