INVITES EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

From suitably qualified contractors for proposed construction works at Ohana College’s new site in Meadowbrook, QLD.

Project includes:

  • Construction of the first stage of a new campus including eight classrooms, tuckshop kitchen, dining room, multipurpose room, student and staff amenities, administrative spaces, and associated circulation, plant and ancillary spaces
  • Partial demolition and reconfiguration of existing car park and road ways
  • Associated covered outdoor areas and external works

Tenders will be invited during November 2021 for a construction program commencing early 2022 and completion by November 2022.

Please provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience and current capacity.

Submit EOIs electronically, marked “Ohana College Tender EOI” by 12noon on Friday 12 November to the project architects, Novum (admin@novum.com.au ).
